FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
Emmet is Founder & Chairman of Kouchin Holdings, leading the work of our team across our diverse portfolio. Emmet's early entrepreneurial success was gained with Smiles Dental, the business he founded and built to over 75 practices across the UK and Ireland before a successful exit to Oasis for €36mn in 2014. Since founding Kouchin, Emmet has been particularly focused on property development in Ireland and Spain, as well as supporting the growth of several brands spanning a variety of sectors including Lovin Dublin, Truly Dental, Tank Environmental, Lazer Telecom and Core Financial Systems.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Former CFO of Smiles Dental. Greg qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG Dublin and worked in corporate finance prior to joining Smiles in 2012 . Greg sits on all Kouchin and invested Company boards.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Mzia is our Financial Controller with over 10 years of experience with Kouchin. Prior to this, Mzia worked in the finance team of Smiles Dental.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
David has been Developments Manager at Kouchin since 2021. David is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and gained prior work experience at leading construction consultancy KSN. David holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the Technological University of Dublin.

PROJECT MANAGER
Sergio supports our business development activity with a focus on our projects in Spain. Sergio joined Kouchin in Dublin as a financial analyst. He is a graduate of the University of Girona, where he completed his degree in finance and accountancy.

Matt Ryan is an Irish entrepreneur based between Dublin and Wicklow. Matt has built a wealth of experience in construction, property development and  wealth management. Before joining Kouchin, Matt’s prior ventures included  founding The Press-Up Hospitality Group, Oakmount Developments and The Dean Hotel Group. Matt currently leads Tank Environmental, one of our scale-up businesses. Matt is a hugely passionate farmer alongside his business interests.

PROJECT MANAGER
Jorge leads our architecture and design work in the Spanish market, overseeing development projects in Spain. Jorge has a strong track record bringing complex construction projects to fruition. 

PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Sean joined the Kouchin team as a Portfolio Manager in 2024. Prior to joining us, he formerly worked across Dublin and London in finance and consultancy roles in blue-chip businesses including Davy Group and Heidrick & Struggles. Sean is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, where he completed his degree in Immunology.

OFFICE MANAGER
Jess spent her early career working in London as part of the Accounts team for a large Financial Advisors. In 2013 Jess moved away from London, spending several years in the luxury yacht industry as a Purser. Jess joined the Kouchin team in 2024.

INVESTMENT ADVISOR
Brian is an investment advisor to Kouchin, supporting our work across the  portfolio. David brings diverse business experience to our operations coupled with a track record as a proven winner in professional sport.

FACILITIES MANAGER
David has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry across UK and Ireland. David leads the maintenance work across our South Dublin portfolio, responsible for a wide variety of projects and properties.
